Pick To Light System

We offers micro-controller based Pick-To-Light Error-Proof System to guide an assembly operator or stock person through a preset sequence of actions, usually incorporating an indicator light to signal the next correct parts bin. A System turns on the light at the next correct bin and waits to receive a signal confirming correct part was picked by the operator before turning on the next light in the sequence. In case operator tries tp pick up material from wrong bin, the same is detected and loud Hooter is sounded to attract attention. System has a facility to set any required sequence of bins as per production requirement and store them in memory so that required sequence can be selected as and when required.

Typical Pick-To-Light applications include automotive, engineering products, household appliances or electronic assembly lines for ensuring quality and flexibility, with even less experienced work force.
